Customer Enrollment Trainee

Core Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Trainee:
- Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of our services and guide them through the enrollment and sales process
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly goals by closing sales
- Stay up to date on services, upgrades, promotions, speeds and devices for customer options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and important activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
